Si han passat 30 dies des de la compra, no podem oferir-vos un reemborsament complet ni un canvi. <\/p>\n\n<p>Per poder optar a una devoluci\u00f3, l&#8217;article ha d&#8217;estar sense utilitzar i en les mateixes condicions en qu\u00e8 el vau rebre. Tamb\u00e9 ha d&#8217;estar en l&#8217;embalatge original. <\/p>\n\n<p>Diversos tipus de productes estan exempts de ser retornats. No es poden retornar productes peribles com ara aliments, flors, diaris o revistes. Tampoc acceptem productes que siguin articles \u00edntims o sanitaris, materials perillosos o l\u00edquids o gasos inflamables.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Articles addicionals no retornables:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Targetes de regal<\/li>\n<li>Productes de programari descarregables<\/li>\n<li>Alguns articles de salut i cura personal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Per completar la devoluci\u00f3, necessitem un rebut o una prova de compra.<\/p>\n\n<p>Si us plau, no torneu la compra al fabricant.<\/p>\n\n<p>Hi ha determinades situacions en qu\u00e8 nom\u00e9s es concedeixen reemborsaments parcials:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Llibre amb signes evidents d&#8217;\u00fas<\/li>\n<li>CD, DVD, cinta VHS, programari, videojoc, casset o disc de vinil que s&#8217;hagi obert.<\/li>\n<li>Qualsevol article que no estigui en el seu estat original, estigui danyat o li faltin peces per raons no imputables al nostre error.<\/li>\n<li>Qualsevol article que es retorni m\u00e9s de 30 dies despr\u00e9s del lliurament<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reemborsaments<\/h2>\n\n<p>Un cop rebuda i inspeccionada la devoluci\u00f3, us enviarem un correu electr\u00f2nic per notificar-vos que hem rebut l&#8217;article retornat. Tamb\u00e9 us notificarem l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 o el rebuig del vostre reemborsament. <\/p>\n\n<p>Si se us aprova, el vostre reemborsament es processar\u00e0 i s&#8217;aplicar\u00e0 autom\u00e0ticament un cr\u00e8dit a la vostra targeta de cr\u00e8dit o al m\u00e8tode de pagament original, en un termini determinat de dies.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reemborsaments tardans o que falten<\/h3>\n\n<p>Si encara no heu rebut el reemborsament, torneu a comprovar el vostre compte bancari.<\/p>\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, poseu-vos en contacte amb la companyia de la vostra targeta de cr\u00e8dit, ja que pot trigar un temps abans que el vostre reemborsament es publiqui oficialment.<\/p>\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, poseu-vos en contacte amb el vostre banc. Sovint hi ha un temps de processament abans que es publiqui un reemborsament. <\/p>\n\n<p>Si heu fet tot aix\u00f2 i encara no heu rebut el vostre reemborsament, poseu-vos en contacte amb nosaltres a {email address}.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Articles en oferta<\/h3>\n\n<p>Nom\u00e9s es poden reemborsar els articles a preu normal. Els articles en oferta no es poden reemborsar. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Canvis<\/h2>\n\n<p>Nom\u00e9s substitu\u00efm els articles si estan defectuosos o danyats. Si necessiteu canviar-lo pel mateix article, envieu-nos un correu electr\u00f2nic a {email address} i envieu el vostre article a: {physical address}. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regals<\/h2>\n\n<p>Si l&#8217;article es va marcar com a regal quan es va comprar i enviar directament a vosaltres, rebreu un cr\u00e8dit de regal per valor de la vostra devoluci\u00f3. Un cop rebut l&#8217;article retornat, se us enviar\u00e0 per correu un certificat de regal. <\/p>\n\n<p>Si l&#8217;article no es va marcar com a regal quan es va comprar, o el remitent del regal va fer que la comanda s&#8217;envi\u00e9s a si mateix per donar-vos-la m\u00e9s tard, enviarem un reemborsament al remitent del regal i s&#8217;assabentar\u00e0 de la vostra devoluci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Devolucions d&#8217;enviaments<\/h2>\n\n<p>Per retornar el vostre producte, heu d&#8217;enviar-lo per correu a: {physical address}.<\/p>\n\n<p>Sereu responsables de pagar les vostres pr\u00f2pies despeses d&#8217;enviament per retornar el vostre article. Les despeses d&#8217;enviament no s\u00f3n reemborsables.
